Hi SB, I think the BFX-AT100 (Eagle) is satisfied ROHS specification. For the question 1, we are checking with our CE (Component Engineering) team to review all the components of BFX-AT100 to see if they are all meet for RoHS. Will let you know once we get confirmation from CE team. For the question 2, we don't have verification report. However, I would like to know if all the components of BFX-AT100 are meet the RoHS spec. Could we provide you the self-declaration report as the verification report? |

Hi SB, As per our discussion today, we have reviewed Eagle BOM list and found some of components are lack of RoHS doc. We are asking related doc from suppliers now but most of them are China vendors. And they started the Lunar New Year holiday from last Friday (1/17) and will continuous until end of January (1/31). Therefore, my target is to spend 2 weeks to collect the RoHS doc. and estimated to complete it by Mid. of Feb. (2/14) |

Hi Sean 1. Do you have a solution for some components that do not meet RoHS spec? SKB request that all components of Eagle should meet the RoHS spec. (And the below picture is Hazardous Substances and Max allowable value.) 2. you commnent at wechat that you can perform RoHS test at 3rd party lab and you also comment that test cost. Hi SB, 1. The data you provided is the latest requirement from European Union. FXN's product will strictly follow it, no concession. For now, it's just some of components that are missing RoHS documentation in our system. 2. Let me know if you need to know the cost and schedule for RoHS certification. We can let 3rd party to evaluate it. |

Hi SB, No, I'm afraid that the schedule have to postone at least one week to 2/21. As I know , many employees in China will delay return to work. So, the schedule may delay a bit. I will keep you posted if there is any schedule changes later. |

(Need both Excel and signed PDF with company seal ) 3. Plz provide Hazardous Substance Concentration Spreadsheet. Excel is fine. 4. There are testing reports overdue. For example, ACCELERATION SENSOR report with date 2017/10/18 has been overdue. Plz have vendors provide the effective testing report. For the other vendors, plz also help notify them of these needed documents. |

Hi SB, We need vendors to provide both MCF and Hazardous Substance Concentration Spreadsheet in Fii format. We still need PDFs for materials as appendix and review based on the format. 2-(3): For each substance, it has a corresponding CAS number and the vendor will know it, it's just a reference code. 3-(3):correct 4: 2 years before now....as we submit the documents there will be a team reviewing the validity. Plz help ask the vendors to update the report........if they still cannot do it and let me know. Thank you very much~ Henry |

Hi Henry I update the schedule for B&S material's ROHS 1. Editech : 20 APR 2. Any Electronics : TBD TBD (in approximately APR) 3. Movon : 24 APR 4. Remote Solution : TBD (in approximately APR) It is impossible to submit RoHS report until the end of March. because they should make report with your format and conduct again for old version. (they told me that some their vender is in China so the schedule can be delayed) |

Hi SB, Our target is to complete the RoHS review for all FXN controlled parts. The self-declaration doc is still in legal review process and I'm still tracking every day. Will update to you if we can finish the process this Friday. |
